ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENTS OF THE CHE 4075-FOOD BIOCHEMISTRY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY

 

Dear my students enrolled to CHE 4075,

​

According to the Bologna form of the course entitled “CHE 4075-FOOD BIOCHEMISTRY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY”, you have to prepare two assignments during the autumn semester.

​

I provide the following topics for your assignments. The first assignment should be finished till the week 10 (Wednesday, 17:00 CET)). The second one should be given at the last week of the semester (Wednesday, 17:00 CET). The assignments should be delivered to my office. Your assignments will be prepared based on the selection of the following topics and preparation on a review paper. Please be careful not to copy-paste strategy in your assignments.

  2. Flavour Enhancers that are used in the industrial foods

  3. Packing technology in food industry

  4. Probiotics and health

  5. Common and new enzymes used in Food Biotechnology

  6. Functional bioactive peptides and their importance in health

  7. Food Allergy

  8. Food Additives
